Your Role in the Healthcare Journey
- Deliver application training and technical support for Haematology and Haemostasis solutions.
- Support instrument installations, method verification, validation and go-live activities.
- Conduct proactive customer visits and follow up on application-related requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and KOLs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service and Product Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support workshops, scientific activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile to Shape the Future of Healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory or diagnostics experience.
- Experience in Haematology and/or Haemostasis is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
