ABOUT THE ROLE
BEACON RED is seeking a skilled Arabic Instructor to support the delivery of training programs and business operations within a secure and professional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-quality Arabic language instruction, enabling students to develop strong speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension skills.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials that support effective language acquisition.
- Continuously enhance teaching methodologies and instructional approaches to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing regular assessments, constructive feedback, and personalized support to encourage continuous improvement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Studies, Arabic Linguistics, Arabic Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as Arabic Language Instructor or a related Arabic language field.
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage demanding deadlines.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in the UAE.
- Experience supporting government, defense, security, military, or other secure environments.
- Understanding of cultural and operational requirements within high-security organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
