Department Definition
Implementing the Arabic language curriculum of the Ministry of Education in accordance with the educational policies, regulations, and systems in force in the country, with the aim of enhancing the student’s level to meet international standards, creating an engaging learning environment, and building a well-balanced student personality.
Main Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive annual and term plans for the Arabic language curriculum in alignment with established content and performance standards.
Lead and manage the teaching and learning process using modern, student-centered instructional strategies, effectively utilizing educational tools and resources in accordance with the daily lesson plan.
Design and prepare a variety of assessments to evaluate and measure student performance, analyze results to inform instruction, and complete evaluation and documentation tasks accurately and on schedule in accordance with approved guidelines.
Develop and implement remedial programs for underperforming students and enrichment plans for gifted and high-achieving students, in coordination with relevant departments.
Interact with all students in a professional and equitable manner, collaborating with the school counselor to address individual cases and identify their specific needs for care, support, and follow-up.

Requirements for Expatriates:
Bachelor’s Degree in: Arabic Language / Comparative Literature / Arabic Linguistics / Primary Education (Arabic Language and Islamic Studies)
Minimum GPA of 2.5
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Must not exceed 55 years of age
· Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
· Computer skills and proficiency in its applications.
· Passing the assessment and interview prepared by the Ministry.
· Must obtain a teaching license within the first two years from the joining date

Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language, Comparative Literature, Arabic Linguistics, and Primary Education (Arabic Language and Islamic Studies).
A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required,
This requirement is waived for applicants with three or more years of relevant experience
Work experience is not required for UAE National
Must not exceed 55 years of age
