Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for various projects.
- Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design concepts and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the design and construction phases.
- Stay updated with design trends, innovative materials, and technologies in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
- Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and design standards.
