THE TEAM
As part of the Rooms Division team at Rosewood Red Sea, you will support the leadership of the Guest Relations function, working closely with the Guest Relations Manager and Front Service leadership team. Together, you will deliver highly personalized guest experiences that embody Rosewood's philosophy of Relationship Hospitality and ensure the highest standards of luxury service throughout the guest journey.
YOUR ROLE
As Assistant Guest Relations Manager, you will be a key ambassador of the resort and an important leader within the Guest Relations team. You will oversee daily operations, support the development of Guest Relations colleagues, and ensure exceptional service delivery for VIPs, special attention guests, and all resort visitors. Through collaboration with Front Office, Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams, you will help create memorable experiences while maintaining Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Support the daily leadership and performance of the Guest Relations team, including Guest Relations Agents, Supervisors, and Lobby Hosts.
Oversee VIP, repeat guest, long-stay, and special attention guest experiences, ensuring all preparations, amenities, and personalized arrangements are delivered seamlessly.
Lead service recovery efforts, resolving guest concerns with professionalism and ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure service delivery consistently meets Rosewood, Forbes Travel Guide, and LQA standards.
Collaborate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office teams to curate personalized guest experiences and special occasions.
Champion guest recognition, personalization initiatives, and effective use of guest experience systems to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

You have experience leading Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality operations within a high-end hotel or resort environment.
You are passionate about creating highly personalized guest experiences and exceeding luxury service expectations.
You have experience supporting VIP guest journeys, guest recognition programs, and service recovery processes.
You possess strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
You communicate fluently in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
