What do you bring?
A bachelor’s degree in Law.
At least five years of legal experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE laws, banking regulations, corporate governance, and legal risk management.
Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
The ability to evaluate complex legal information, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
Membership of, or progress towards, a relevant professional legal body or qualification would be an advantage.
