Role Purpose
The role will be responsible for providing accurate and insightful Management Information System (MIS) reporting, productivity analysis, project coordination, and management support under the Chief of Staff (CoS) function.
The incumbent will work across teams to consolidate and analyze performance information, identify productivity trends and improvement opportunities, coordinate strategic and operational projects, and provide structured updates to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare and maintain periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Track key business, people, productivity, and operational metrics.
Analyze trends, variances, and exceptions and provide meaningful insights to management.
Support automation and continuous improvement of MIS and reporting processes.
2. Productivity & Headcount (HC) Analysis
Analyze productivity, performance, and headcount across teams, functions, or business units.
Develop productivity and HC metrics, including capacity, deployment, span, and workload views, to assess efficiency and performance trends.
Identify productivity and HC gaps, resource optimization opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
Conduct trend, variance, comparative, and HC movement analysis to support workforce and business decision-making.
Translate productivity and HC data into concise management insights and actionable recommendations.
- . Coordination under CoS
Support the CoS function in coordinating key business and management priorities.
Consolidate updates from various stakeholders and prepare structured progress reports.
Track key decisions, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
Coordinate with Business, PICG, Finance and other relevant functions as required.
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and management updates for reviews and discussions.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of agreed actions.
- 4. Project Management
Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives from planning through execution and closure.
Maintain project plans, milestones, trackers, dependencies, risks, and action logs.
Monitor progress against agreed timelines and highlight delays or potential risks.
Coordinate project meetings and document key decisions, actions, responsibilities, and target dates.
Provide regular project status updates to management.
Support process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and management presentation preparation.
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools would be an advantage.
Good understanding of MIS, dashboards, productivity/performance metrics, and data interpretation.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convert complex information into concise insights for senior management.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working across multiple functions.
- Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
3–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, business analytics, productivity/performance analysis, PMO, project coordination, business planning, or a similar function.
