The College of Business and Economics (CBE) offers a robust academic portfolio, including five undergraduate programs, three postgraduate programs, and Executive Education. The Entrepreneurship program at UAEU is rapidly expanding and offers General Education courses, a Major/Minor in Entrepreneurship, and specialized courses for business students. The successful candidate will conduct high-quality research leading to publications in top-tier, refereed journals and will develop and sustain funded research initiatives. Teaching responsibilities include delivering undergraduate and graduate courses in entrepreneurship and related disciplines, employing innovative and practical approaches to enhance student learning. The candidate will also lead and manage the Entrepreneurship Lab, creating hands-on, practical opportunities that integrate academic knowledge with real-world applications. Mentoring students, advising them on academic and professional development, and actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the entrepreneurship program are integral aspects of the role. The candidate will be expected to engage in service activities that promote the growth and reputation of UAEU and its entrepreneurship program.
