Role Overview
The Graduate Trainee – Associate IT Specialist will support the administration and operations teams in day-to-day business and office-related activities while gaining practical exposure to office administration, coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within airport logistics projects.

What are my responsibilities?
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Assist in upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
What do you need to qualify for the role?
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior administration experience in a multinational company or similar organization with large teams is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with multicultural personnel.
