  • Contribute to the development and improvement of legal processes, templates and guidance materials.

  • When requested, provide support to other Legal & Compliance teams on regional matters, including corporate, privacy and compliance-related activities.

  • Support the preparation and delivery of training or guidance sessions for internal teams, as appropriate.

Who You Are

  • A motivated and collaborative legal professional with a strong interest in commercial and transactional legal work.

  • Able to support Sales teams in a practical and constructive manner while ensuring legally and ethically compliant contracting and business practices.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with stakeholders with differing requirements.

  • A clear and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Able to identify issues, assess risks and propose practical solutions, seeking guidance when appropriate.

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

  • Open to feedback, committed to continuous learning and willing to adopt best practices.

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to work effectively under deadlines.

Role Qualifications

  • Qualified attorney or lawyer authorized to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Approximately 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience supporting commercial and transactional legal matters, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to practical, commercially focused solutions.

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of contract management processes and legal risk assessment.
