Your Role:

Associate Housing

• Support accommodation allocation and ensure alignment with associate entitlements
• Maintain accurate housing records, including occupancy and room assignments
• Conduct routine inspections of housing facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor associate housing facilities (rooms, gym, pool, common areas) to ensure safety and proper upkeep
• Track and report maintenance requests, incidents, and associate concerns
• Support associate engagement initiatives and assist in feedback collection
• Assist in monitoring housing inventory and report discrepancies
• Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of housing-related issues.
• Monitor daily room readiness and ensure new joiner accommodations are prepared prior to arrival (cleaning, setup, key allocation)
• Enforce housing rules and community standards, addressing non-compliance in a fair and consistent manner
• Support conflict resolution between associates within housing to maintain a positive living environment
• Conduct spot checks on housekeeping standards in rooms and common areas to ensure consistency
• Coordinate pest control, deep clean schedules, and preventive maintenance programs
• Track recurring maintenance issues and escalating for long-term corrective actions
• Support emergency response procedures within housing (fire drills, evacuations, incident handling)
• Monitor utility consumption trends (water, electricity) and report irregularities
• Ensure availability and tracking of keys, access cards, and security controls within housing
• Assist in onboarding associates by providing housing orientation and guidelines
• Assist in the associate offboarding process, including coordination of housing check-out, transportation arrangements, and clearance procedures to ensure a smooth and compliant exit

Associate Transportation

• Assist in coordinating daily transportation schedules and routes for associates
• Monitor transportation services to ensure punctuality and reliability
• Maintain records of schedules, usage, and incidents
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for operation
• Report delays, complaints, or service issues and support resolution
• Gather associate feedback to support service improvement
• Monitor daily attendance vs. transport usage to optimize routes and capacity planning
• Assist in adjusting transportation schedules based on operational changes, peak hours, or special requirements
• Verify driver attendance, grooming standards, and professionalism
• Conduct random checks on driver compliance with safety procedures and company standards
• Assist in managing transportation disruptions (vehicle breakdowns, delays, emergencies) and arrange alternatives promptly
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards inside vehicles
• Coordinate transport arrangements for new joiners, leavers, and special assignments
• Assist in implementing transportation efficiency initiatives (route optimization, ride sharing)
• Maintain emergency contact lists and ensure communication channels are active for transport coordination

Associate Dining

• Oversee the daily operations of the associate dining facility, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all associates
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained in line with company guidelines and hygiene regulations
• Monitor and manage food, beverage, and pantry inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste
• Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, equipment, and storage to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with food safety standards
• Supervise and guide dining attendants, ensuring proper staffing levels, task allocation, and high service performance
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, consumption, and operational activities
• Monitor and control dining-related costs and expenses, ensuring budget adherence and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency
• Address associate feedback, concerns, and suggestions to continuously enhance the dining experience
• Support menu planning and variety initiatives in collaboration with culinary teams to meet associate preferences and dietary needs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices
• Plan and support associate engagement activities related to dining, promoting a positive and inclusive environment
• Prepare and submit regular reports (monthly) on dining operations, including usage, costs, feedback, and improvement initiatives

Service Excellence & Team Supervision

• Ensure that the associate dining facility, associate housing, and transportation services deliver high-quality experiences aligned with the hotel’s brand standards and associate well-being
• Maintain positive, respectful, and collaborative interactions with associates, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and service-oriented environment across all facilities
• Supervise and guide the team and support associate involved in associate housing and transportation operations, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and achievement of daily service goals
• Take ownership of handling associate complaints and concerns across dining, housing, and transportation in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Model exceptional professional behavior to motivate teams and consistently uphold hospitality, safety, and service excellence standards
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, identifying service gaps, and supporting initiatives to enhance associate experience across all service areas.

Operations & Inventory Management

• Monitor and control inventory usage and stock levels across dining, housing, and transportation, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Maintain complete knowledge of associate dining operations, associate housing occupancy and transportation service plans including capacity, layout, and service schedules
• Conduct daily inspections of housing facilities, transportation assets and dining areas, and support regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Standard Responsibilities

• Comply and adhere to the Rosewood company policies.
• Take on other tasks in addition to the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.
• Is always a “brand ambassador” and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.

• Keep abreast of newest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry and within Talent & Culture.
• Generally being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department i.e. through controlling wastage and being responsible for the economy of all utilities and resources.
• Take a proactive approach to administration, coordination of activities and anticipating potential opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication within the department and ensure that the Talent & Culture Leaders are kept well informed of any problems/queries that have arisen.
• To attend any department training sessions and/or meetings required.
• To liaise with other departments to ensure good communication and offer support.
• To be fully conversant with the Rosewood Doha’s Guidebook and T&C Policies & Procedures.
• Supports the hotel operation in times of demand.
