Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at Lagoon Bar and deliver refreshing drinks and memorable experiences in our resort setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks to the highest standards
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, personalised service
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of beverages
- Recommend drinks and assist guests with beverage selections
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the bar menu, ingredients, and beverage offerings
- Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the shift
- Follow responsible service, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist with stock control, replenishment, and daily bar preparation
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during busy periods
- Create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for guests at the Lagoon Bar
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent guest-service and communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and confident personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor/resort environment
- Strong attention to detail and professional grooming
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
