Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
- Provide information about hotel services, outlets, and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in related field
- Preferably with Driver’s License
- Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
