We are seeking talented, customer-focused individuals to join us as Bell Hosts, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our valued passengers at every stage of their journey.
As a Bell Host, you will be the first point of contact for our premium passengers arriving at Hamad International Airport. You will deliver a warm welcome, provide porter assistance, and ensure a seamless airport experience from curbside to check-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meets and greets Premium QR passengers on the curbside and provide assistance with porter services.
- Provides courteous and prompt service to passengers at all times, providing extra special care to Specially Abled Passengers.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way.
- Assist with manual transportation of luggage to the check-in counters.
- Assist customer service agents with check-in activities.
- Place luggage on scales and assist passengers with the check-in process. Affix baggage tags onto checked-in baggage.
- Perform other duties as directed by Management.
- Comply with company policies relating to safety, security, environmental management, and data protection.
- Assist in response to any emergency or major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
