BIM strategy, common data environment governance, information standards, model coordination and digital handover.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leads the delivery of information management strategies, standards and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with client requirements, programme objectives and the ISO 19650 series.
- Develops and manages information requirements, common data environments (CDEs) and digital delivery processes to enable effective collaboration and information assurance.
- Coordinates information management activities across clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders, promoting consistent and compliant ways of working.
- Integrates information management with programme controls, including cost, risk, change, assurance and delivery processes, supporting informed decision-making.
- Oversees the production, validation and assurance of information models, information requirements and digital handover activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drives the adoption of digital innovation, emerging technologies and industry best practice to enhance project performance, data quality and delivery outcomes.
- Provides reporting, technical guidance and capability development, strengthening information management competence across client and project teams.
- Champions safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring robust governance, secure information management and successful digital delivery outcomes.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You'll need to have:
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the applicable discipline.
- Demonstrated experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail or comparable major infrastructure programmes.
- Strong client-facing, analytical, written communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Knowledge of relevant delivery processes, standards, systems and governance for the role.
- Professional membership, chartership or specialist certification preferred where applicable.
- UAE or wider GCC experience is advantageous but should not replace demonstrable technical and delivery competence.
