- Develop 3D BIM models (Revit) for precast elements — columns, beams, wall panels, load-bearing walls, façade/cladding panels, hollow-core and solid slabs, staircases, balconies and connections — in line with approved design information and BIM standards.
- Model connections, embedded items, lifting inserts and reinforcement information as directed by the Senior BIM Modeler and Design Engineers.
- Update and revise models based on design changes, consultant/client comments and instructions from Senior Modellers or Engineers.
- Extract general arrangement, element and production drawings from BIM models under supervision.
- Support clash detection activities using Navisworks and assist in resolving modelling-level clashes.
- Follow BIM standards, naming conventions and Levels of Detail (LOD) requirements set out in the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Maintain accurate model version control and coordinate revisions with the BIM Coordinator/Document Control.
- Assist with model-based clarifications requested by the Production Department during manufacturing.
- ?Coordinate with Draftsmen and Detailers on drawing extraction and detailing consistency.
