المهام الرئيسية:

• استقبال وخدمة العملاء وتجهيز الطلبات بكفاءة.
• المحافظة على جودة وتقديم الطعام وفق المعايير المعتمدة.
• المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الخدمة.
• دعم فريق العمل خلال أوقات الذروة.
• الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والتشغيل الخاصة بالشركة.

مدير فرع (Store Manager) — الوصف الوظيفي

مسؤول عن إدارة العمليات اليومية للفرع، وقيادة الفريق، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والتشغيل، مع ضمان المحافظة على مستويات عالية من خدمة العملاء وجودة الطعام وأداء الفرع.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة العمليات اليومية للفرع والموظفين.
• متابعة المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية وتحقيق المستهدفات.
• قيادة وتدريب وتطوير فريق الفرع.
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير جودة وسلامة الأغذية والنظافة.
• إدارة المخزون والموارد والمصروفات التشغيلية.

مدير منطقة (Area Manager) — الوصف الوظيفي

مسؤول عن الإشراف على أداء عدة فروع ضمن منطقة محددة، وضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتجارية، ورفع كفاءة أداء الفروع والفرق، مع المحافظة على تطبيق معايير الشركة بشكل موحد.

المهام الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على عدة فروع ومتابعة أدائها بشكل مستمر.
• متابعة مؤشرات المبيعات والتشغيل والموظفين والأداء المالي.
• قيادة وتطوير مديري الفروع ورفع مستوى أدائهم.
• تحديد فجوات الأداء ووضع خطط التحسين المناسبة.
• ضمان تطبيق معايير خدمة العملاء وجودة وسلامة الأغذية.
• متابعة الاحتياج الوظيفي ودعم خطط التوظيف للفروع.
• تنفيذ زيارات دورية للفروع ومراجعة الأداء.
• ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة والمعايير التشغيلية.

1. Food Server

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, maintaining food presentation and quality standards, and ensuring the branch is clean and organized. Supports daily branch operations and contributes to a positive customer experience.

• Serve customers and handle orders efficiently.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

• Support the team during busy periods.

2. Store Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, leading the team, ensuring sales and operational targets are achieved, and maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations and staff.
• Monitor sales, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Lead, train, and develop branch employees.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory, stock, and branch expenses.
• Resolve customer and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

3. Area Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple branches within an assigned area, ensuring operational excellence, achieving business targets, and driving team performance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple branches within the assigned area.
• Monitor sales, operational, staffing, and financial KPIs.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and branch teams.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure consistent customer service, food quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor staffing needs and support recruitment planning.
• Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الضيافة أو تخصص ذي صلة، ويفضل.
• خبرة من 2–4 سنوات في إدارة الفروع أو المتاجر، ويفضل في قطاع المطاعم أو التجزئة أو الضيافة.
• مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة الموظفين.
• خبرة في إدارة ومتابعة مؤشرات المبيعات والتشغيل والأداء المالي.
• معرفة جيدة بإدارة المخزون والقوى العاملة.
• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
• القدرة على العمل بنظام الشفتات وإدارة بيئة عمل سريعة.

مدير منطقة (Area Manager) — المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الضيافة أو تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة 4–6 سنوات أو أكثر في إدارة المناطق أو عدة فروع، ويفضل في قطاع المطاعم أو التجزئة أو الضيافة.

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عدة فروع ومديري الفروع.

معرفة قوية بمؤشرات المبيعات والتشغيل والأداء المالي والقوى العاملة.

مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتطوير وإدارة الأداء.

مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.

الاستعداد للتنقل بين الفروع.

القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة ومبنية على تحقيق الأهداف.

Food Server — Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Store Manager — Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in store/branch management, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience managing sales, operational, and financial KPIs.
• Good knowledge of inventory and workforce management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and manage a fast-paced branch environment.

Area Manager — Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in multi-unit/area management, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches and Store Managers.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operational, financial, and workforce KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel between branches.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
