We are looking for a Business Process Excellence Specialist to develop, standardize, and optimize business processes, policies, and procedures across the organization. The role will focus on process governance, compliance, internal controls, and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support automation and digital transformation initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, document, and standardize business processes, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps across the organization. Conduct periodic process reviews and compliance audits to assess adherence to approved procedures, identify gaps, and evaluate operational effectiveness. Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, duplicated activities, unnecessary approvals, and weaknesses in internal controls. Lead business process reengineering and optimization initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality. Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, including process ownership, roles and responsibilities, approval authorities, and documentation standards. Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, IT, and other departments to ensure processes align with business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements. Review and strengthen internal controls, including segregation of duties, approval workflows, and compliance checkpoints. Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation, collaborating with IT and relevant stakeholders to implement improvements through ERP and other business systems. Develop process performance indicators, monitor effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a centralized repository of business processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring proper version control, periodic reviews, approvals, and accessibility. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant professional experience in business process management, process excellence, operational excellence, or continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of business process mapping, SOP development, process governance, and internal controls. Experience conducting process reviews, compliance assessments, and identifying operational improvement opportunities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and drive process improvement initiatives.
