Minimum Experience:
Job-Specific Skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in rank as Chief Engineer.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in rank on DP2 Jack-Up Barges / Lift Boats.
Suitable DP2 Lift Boat / Jack-Up Barge experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree from a recognized Maritime Academy or University.
Valid Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency – STCW A-III/2.
Valid national Certificate of Competency with applicable Flag State endorsement/recognition.
Valid DP System Manufacturer approved DP Maintenance Course.
Valid BOSIET/FOET (with HUET).
Valid Seafarer Medical Fitness Certificate (STCW I/9).
Valid Basic Safety Training (STCW A-VI/1).
Valid Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (STCW A-VI/2-1).
Valid Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF - Reg. VI/3).
Medical First Aid & Medical Care (STCW A-VI/4-1, A-VI/4-2).
Security Training (STCW A-VI/6).
The Management Level Course (MLC) for Marine Engineer Officers (STCW A-III/2).
