About the role
Reporting to the founder, you will lead operations across Riyadh and Dubai, own the operating plan and budget, and build the teams responsible for employer sales, customer support, trust and safety, job sources, finance and people. You will also oversee Saudi entity setup and operating standards, including job checks, applicant responses and removal requests.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations across Riyadh and Dubai and own the operating plan and budget with the founder
- Set up and run the Saudi entity, including licences, banking, payroll, GOSI and government platforms, working with the HR and government relations specialist
- Hire and lead teams across employer sales, customer support, trust and safety, job sources, finance and people
- Grow employer revenue. The price is simple ($90 per job, everything included), so the work is reach, trust and service
- Ensure every job is checked before publication, every applicant receives a response and removal requests are handled within 24 hours
- Report monthly revenue, jobs posted, response times and costs to the founder
Requirements
- 10 or more years of operations experience, including at least 4 years leading teams in Saudi Arabia
- Experience setting up or scaling a company in the Kingdom and practical knowledge of MISA, Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA and Mudad
- Experience hiring and building teams, with examples of teams you have built
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Able to read a P&L and build a budget independently
