Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Workforce Management
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil works, including structural, finishing, and infrastructure tasks.
Assign tasks to workers, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
Provide guidance and training to site staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
Project Execution & Monitoring
Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor work progress against schedules and report delays or issues to site engineers.
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment on-site.
Identify and mitigate potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical or operational issues.
Maintain daily site records, including manpower, materials used, and progress reports.
Provide regular updates to management regarding site activities and challenges.
Quality Assurance
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
Address defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Support quality control inspections and audits.
Qualifications & certifications & Experience (Mandatory & Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (required); Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
6–8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects (infrastructure, residential, or commercial).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
