Job Description
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Civil Site Engineer to join a top qualified and knowledgeable Construction team of our Oil, Gas and Chemicals Division.

What you will need to do:
- Supervise and execute Civil site works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, client representatives, and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and approved method statements.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and participate in regular site safety inspections.
- Monitor construction progress, prepare daily and weekly site reports, and provide progress updates to project management.
- Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site execution.
- Identify, report, and resolve site technical issues, coordinating with the Engineering and QA/QC teams as required.
- Liaise with QA/QC and client representatives to support inspections, approvals, and compliance with project quality requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works and support project handover activities.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
- Experience supervising Civil site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, client representatives, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong understanding of project specifications, construction standards, HSE requirements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- English – Full Professional Proficiency.
