Role Overview
Join our clinical team as a Clinic Helper and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. As part of our dynamic clinic team in Burjuman, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, helping to ensure the facility meets the highest standards for cleanliness and patient comfort.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the clinic is cleaned and maintained as per Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements.
- Perform mopping, toilet cleaning, and other general cleaning tasks throughout the facility.
- Support in preparing, serving, and offering tea and coffee to patients and visitors as a hostess.
- Restock cleaning supplies and inform management as needed.
- Assist clinic staff with ad hoc cleaning and minor support duties as required.
Must have requirements
- Previous experience working in a clinic or in a helper role.
- Understanding of hygiene standards and cleaning processes in a clinical setting.
- Ability to perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing duties, including mopping and toilet cleaning.
- Basic communication skills for interacting with patients and clinic staff.
- Physical ability to carry out cleaning and hostess tasks throughout the day.
