المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. الإشراف على فنيي التغذية في المستشفى والعاملين بمواقع إعداد الوجبات وتوجيههم عند التجهيز وإعداد الوجبات والمواد الغذائية.

2. الإشراف على وجبات المرضى وعلى خط توزيع الوجبات.

3. الإشراف على استطلاع الرأي عن الوجبات المقدمة لمستحقيها بالمستشفى.

4. إعداد القوائم الغذائية الخاصة.

5. متابعة سير الخدمة الغذائية داخل مواقع العمل.

6. توجيه العاملين في إعداد وتقديم الوجبات.

7. التوعية والتثقيف بالتغذية الصحية.

8. تطبيق الشروط والمواصفات في مواقع العمل.
