THE TEAM
You will join the Sales & Marketing team supporting both Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea, two landmark luxury destinations shaping the future of hospitality in the Kingdom. Based in Riyadh with regular travel to both destinations, you will report to the Cluster Director of Communications and work in close partnership with the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, corporate communications teams, destination stakeholders, government entities, media partners, and operational leaders across the cluster.
As a key member of the Communications function, you will play a central role in building brand reputation, strengthening media relationships, protecting brand integrity, and elevating the visibility of both properties across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and international markets.
YOUR ROLE
As Cluster Communications Manager, you will be the driving force behind the public relations and communications strategy for both destinations. This role goes far beyond issuing press releases; it requires a skilled storyteller, relationship builder, and strategic communicator who understands how to position luxury brands within complex cultural, governmental, tourism, and hospitality landscapes.
You will be responsible for shaping narratives that inspire global audiences while ensuring all communication reflects the unique identity, heritage, wellness philosophy, and regenerative vision of each destination. Working closely with media, influencers, executives, destination partners, and government stakeholders, you will help establish Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea as leading voices in luxury hospitality, culture, and transformative travel.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Develop and execute integrated public relations and communications strategies that enhance awareness, reputation, and earned media visibility for both destinations across local, regional, and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, influencers, government communication offices, cultural institutions, and key industry stakeholders throughout Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and priority international markets.
Lead the creation, review, and distribution of press releases, media kits, executive messaging, speeches, statements, Q&As, fact sheets, and thought leadership content that reflects the Rosewood brand voice.
Manage high-profile media visits, influencer stays, broadcast productions, executive interviews, and destination storytelling opportunities, ensuring exceptional experiences and meaningful coverage outcomes.
Support senior leadership visibility by preparing executive communications, interview briefings, talking points, media training materials, and strategic messaging frameworks.
Manage PR agencies and external partners, ensuring clear objectives, measurable outcomes, strong brand alignment, and effective return on investment.
Act as a key contributor to crisis communications and reputation management efforts, monitoring media sentiment, identifying potential risks, and supporting the development of response strategies and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, Operations, Wellness, F&B, Experiences, Guest Relations, Corporate Communications, and destination stakeholders to uncover compelling stories and ensure consistent, compliant messaging across all communications channels.

You are a naturally curious storyteller with a strong understanding of how public relations, media engagement, and strategic communications influence brand perception and reputation.
You have experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, destination marketing, or a related premium industry, and understand the expectations of high-end brands and discerning audiences.
You possess an established network of media relationships across Saudi Arabia and the GCC and are confident engaging with journalists, editors, broadcasters, influencers, and industry leaders.
You are an exceptional writer and communicator, capable of adapting your style for media, executives, government stakeholders, and luxury consumers while maintaining brand consistency.
You bring strong cultural awareness and understand the nuances of the Saudi media, tourism, and governmental environment, allowing you to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously, while remaining calm, organized, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced environments.
You enjoy representing a luxury brand in public-facing situations and have the confidence, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with senior leaders, partners, and VIP guests.
You are fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
