Cloud 7 Residence AlUla AlUla is the region’s newest destination, offering guests the flexibility of short or long stays in an affordable lodge-style setting, perfectly positioned to explore the wonders of AlUla, home to world-class heritage sites, date farms, and a vibrant community of artisans, adventure guides, and genuinely hospitable local families. The property features 301 secluded bungalows, a range of F&B outlets, co-working spaces, and fitness centre including a swimming pool, paddle / multi-purpose court, and outdoor yoga and Pilates areas.
Location
AlUla is one of the seven cities in the Medina Region, located in the north-western part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering an area of approximately 29,000 square kilometres. AlUla is home to Hegra, the first UNESCO World Heritage Site in Saudi Arabia, built over 2,000 years ago by the Nabataeans. Both properties are located approximately 25 minutes from AlUla International Airport (ULH), offering convenient access to local markets, retail outlets, and a nearby hospital. This location provides an ideal balance between strong connectivity and a tranquil setting within the AlUla region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and support the commercial objectives of the AlUla properties.
Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, email marketing, and promotional activities while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Revenue, and external partners to plan campaigns, events, partnerships, and destination activations that enhance guest engagement.
Coordinate content creation, including photography, videography, and creative assets, working closely with agencies, designers, content creators, and media partners.
Monitor campaign performance, market trends, competitor activity, and marketing budgets, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, and new product or service launches across the assigned properties.
Prepare regular marketing reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present campaign results and recommendations to management.
Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and support the positioning, visibility, and growth of the AlUla property portfolio.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
At least 2 years in similar position in hospitality
Solid knowledge of social media marketing , and analytics tools to measure performance
Solid knowledge of SEO , SEM , Google Ads , and content creation .
Solid knowledge of Meta ads tools and analytics
Ability to compile comprehensive reports by the end of each month
Sound understanding of marketing practices and systems
Saudi National.
