THE TEAM
You will join the Sales and Marketing team supporting both Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea, two of the most anticipated luxury lifestyle destinations in the world. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Communications with a dotted-line relationship to the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing, you will work closely with corporate teams, agency partners and operational leaders across both resorts. You will also lead and mentor two Content Creators, driving content excellence and digital storytelling across the cluster.
YOUR ROLE
As Cluster Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating the marketing presence of Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based at The Red Sea with regular travel to AMAALA, you will lead the strategy and execution of social media, content creation, influencer partnerships and brand expression across both resorts.
This is a highly visible and creative role requiring a strategic marketer who can balance brand storytelling with commercial performance. You will transform the unique cultural, wellness and regenerative narratives of each destination into compelling experiences that drive brand awareness, engagement, guest consideration and revenue. Working across multiple stakeholders, you will bring together creativity, analytics and leadership to ensure every touchpoint reflects Rosewood's philosophy of A Sense of Place.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Lead the social media strategy and editorial planning for both resorts, ensuring all content aligns with Rosewood's brand standards, seasonal priorities and destination storytelling.
Direct content production across photography, videography, short-form video, editorial content and social-first campaigns, providing creative leadership to Content Creators and agency partners.
Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships, from identification and contracting through content planning, hosting experiences, performance evaluation and long-term relationship building.
Partner closely with Communications, Revenue, Reservations, Food and Beverage, Wellness, Retail, Operations and corporate teams to support launches, promotions, events and guest engagement initiatives.
Mentor and develop a high-performing content team while fostering collaboration across stakeholders, agencies, destination partners and leadership teams.

You are an effective people leader who can coach, motivate and develop creative talent while managing multiple priorities across different resorts and stakeholder groups.
You communicate with confidence and professionalism, building strong relationships with senior leaders, corporate teams, partners, influencers and high-profile guests. Fluency in both English and Arabic will set you up for success in this role.
