Role Summary:
The Commercial Analytics Associate sits within Property Finder’s Strategy & Analytics team and acts as the bridge between Analytics, Product and Sales. You’ll work closely with Account Managers to build client-specific, data-led recommendations that improve customer performance and drive sustainable sales growth.
The role turns data into commercial narratives that show product value, ROI and competitive advantage, both for our Sales teams and directly for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client performance and growth
Build strong decks and narratives with Account Managers, showing clear opportunities to improve customer performance.
Create data-driven sales stories that unlock growth across all customer segments.
Show customers, internally and face to face, how they can get the most ROI from Property Finder.
Turn account plans into product adoption strategies aligned to customer goals.
Enable the Sales team
Equip Sales with fact-based differentiation and objection handling.
Explain product value through data, tailored to different stakeholder personas.
Translate data into actionable insights that help Sales and customers make informed decisions.
Analyse and improve
Diagnose adoption gaps and usage friction using data and behavioural insights.
Run competitive benchmarking using product usage, performance and market data to find differentiation and growth opportunities.
Deliver high-priority analysis and reporting for the Commercial team: timely, accurate and decision-ready.
Build tools and processes that make the Commercial team more productive and solve day-to-day problems.
The Person
Experience
3+ years in consulting, business analytics or technology sales enablement, including a minimum of 2 years at an MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or another Tier 1 management consulting firm.
Experience in commercial, commercial analytics or sales enablement roles.
Proven ability to build models, value frameworks and executive-ready decks.
Skills
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving, with the ability to turn data into commercial insight.
Strong eye for detail; quick to spot issues and data quality problems.
Strong SQL is highly desirable, but not required.
Communication
Experience building presentations with a clear storyline for senior audiences.
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
Clear, confident communicator with strong storytelling skills.
Fluent in English.

Dynamic, focused and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities at once.
Works independently while collaborating across functions.
Education
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institute (e.g. IITs, NITs, BITS, DTU, NSIT, PEC).
Postgraduate degree preferred, ideally from IIMs, XLRI, ISB, SP Jain or MDI.
