What You'll Do
- Prepare and present dishes in line with established recipes and standards.
- Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food products.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and minimizing wastage.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Consistently deliver dishes that exceed guest expectations.
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience as a Commis I or similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment.
✔ Knowledge of International Cuisine.
✔ Good understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards.
✔ Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene practices.
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
✔ Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
✔ A positive attitude and passion for culinary excellence.
