What You'll Be Doing
Assist with daily mise en place and food preparation
Prepare and organize workstations for service
Help set up buffets and food displays to the highest standards
Maintain proper storage, labelling, and handling of food products
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
Support the culinary team in delivering quality dishes and exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
Culinary Degree or Culinary Diploma
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment
Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn
Basic computer skills
Basic English communication skills
