Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated Commis III (Kitchen Helper) to join our kitchen team. You will support the cooks and chefs with basic food preparation, follow simple recipes and instructions, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized. Key Responsibilities
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed by the chef or cook.
• Assist in basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
• Keep the work station, tools, and equipment clean and organized at all times.
• Store food items correctly and follow proper labeling and rotation methods (FIFO).
