Summary:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Concierge to provide exceptional guest service in Qatar. The Concierge will assist guests with enquiries, reservations, transportation, local recommendations, and other requests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience while following the organisation’s service standards.
Job Responsibility:
- Welcome guests and respond to enquiries in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, events, shopping, and services in Qatar.
- Arrange restaurant bookings, transportation, tours, appointments, and other guest requests.
- Coordinate with hotel or facility teams to address guest needs and resolve concerns.
- Keep up to date with local venues, services, events, and relevant cultural considerations.
- Handle calls, messages, and service requests accurately and maintain appropriate records.
- Protect guest privacy and handle personal information responsibly.
- Support guests from diverse backgrounds and communicate respectfully.
- Follow organisational policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable local requirements.
