About the team
The Ecosystem Strategy Team is primarily responsible for strategic operations of TikTok LIVE in the MENAT region, covering business areas such as creator growth, agency growth, ecosystem governance, user growth, and data analysis. By leveraging tools such as product strategies and incentive mechanisms, the team collaborates with all the cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth goals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct live-stream content review for the Arab region and Turkey, analyse user consumption behaviour, and identify key characteristics of content to evaluate and classify content quality.
- Participate in daily meetings to align on evaluation standards and discuss factors that influence user engagement and spending.
- Assist in producing content quality analysis reports, pinpoint content quality issues, and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Media, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Available to start full-time from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months.
- Proficiency in using English and Arabic/Turkish as working languages as key stakeholders are based in Arabic/Turkish-speaking, where Arabic/Turkish are primary working languages.

- Ability to offer personal insights into content trends and user preferences.
