What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will lead the inventory control support team to maintain strict tracking procedures for all Chinaware, Glassware, Silverware, Food, Beverage, Tobacco, and Consumables.
- To record, reconcile and keep appropriate records of all the monthly purchases and issues of operating equipment.
- To continuously support the internal control environment governing inventory management across the hotel.
- To produce highly accurate cost and statistical information reports to senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- To highlight and correct procedural irregularities in the recording, storage and handling of all stock items.
- To support the Asst. Dir of Finance with any ad hoc projects and duties as required.
