Creative Design Director
The Creative Design Director provides overall creative leadership, establishes the design vision for the company, and ensures design excellence across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the company’s creative direction and design standards.
- Lead design strategy and high-level creative decision-making.
- Oversee all concept and detailed design outputs across teams.
- Mentor senior architects and develop the creative capabilities of the department.
- Represent the company in major client meetings, presentations, and competitions.
- Collaborate with business development to support project acquisition.

Qualifications:
