About the Role
As Creative Lead you will be the driving force behind LINKVIVA’s creative output — shaping the visual identity, storytelling, and artistic direction of our events and activations.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role where you will take ideas from concept to execution, ensuring every creative element delivers impact, innovation, and excellence.
You will play a key role in creating visually powerful, immersive experiences that captivate audiences and elevate our clients’ brands.
You will:
- Lead the conceptualization of creative ideas for events, activations, and experiential campaigns
- Define and maintain visual identity and branding across projects
- Develop and present storyboards, mood boards, and visual concepts
- Direct the artistic vision across set design, environments, lighting, and visual elements
- Ensure all creative output aligns with client objectives and project goals
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and creatives
- Oversee execution to ensure high-quality delivery across all creative elements
- Collaborate closely with production and technical teams to bring concepts to life
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovation, pushing creative boundaries

What You Need to Apply
