المهام الرئيسية
- التواصل مع العملاء لتحديد وتأكيد مواعيد التسليم قبل تحرك سيارات التوصيل.
- مرافقة سائق التوصيل والشحنات إلى مواقع العملاء.
- الإشراف والتنسيق المباشر لعملية توصيل وتركيب الأثاث في موقع العميل.
- التأكد من تسليم وتركيب المنتجات بالشكل الصحيح ووفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- تصوير المنتجات التي تم تسليمها وتركيبها في موقع العميل لأغراض مراقبة الجودة والتوثيق.
- التأكد من توقيع العميل على جميع المستندات المطلوبة كإثبات للتسليم.
- التعامل مع أي ملاحظات أو استفسارات من العميل في الموقع والتنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية عند الحاجة.
الشروط
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تنسيق أو إشراف عمليات التسليم أو اللوجستيات أو وظيفة مشابهة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في توصيل وتركيب الأثاث.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية.
- معرفة ممتازة بطرق وأحياء الرياض.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على العمل ميدانياً ومرافقة فرق التوصيل إلى مواقع العملاء.
- القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء بشكل احترافي والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team in KSA.
Important: This is NOT a Driver position. The Delivery Coordinator accompanies the delivery driver to the customer's location and is responsible for coordinating and supervising the delivery and furniture installation process on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers to schedule and confirm delivery appointments before vehicles are dispatched.
Accompany the delivery driver and orders to customer locations.
Supervise and coordinate the furniture delivery and installation process on-site.
Ensure products are delivered and installed properly and according to company standards.
Take photos/videos of delivered and installed products at the customer's site for quality control and documentation.
Ensure the customer signs all required documents as proof of delivery.
Handle any on-site customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant internal teams when needed.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in delivery coordination, delivery supervision, logistics, or a similar role.
Furniture installation experience is a MUST.
Experience in furniture delivery and installation is highly preferred.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Excellent knowledge of Riyadh routes and areas.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site and accompany delivery teams to customer locations.
Good attention to detail and ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
