About the Role
As a Demi Chef de Partie at Nobu, you will support the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of world-class dishes while maintaining the highest culinary standards. You will oversee your designated section, ensure food quality and consistency, monitor stock levels, and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Working in a fast-paced luxury dining environment, you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences while continuously developing your culinary skills.
About You
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environment. You possess strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding food quality. A team-oriented approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Experience with Japanese cuisine or internationally recognized restaurants is advantageous, along with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of Nobu.
