We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing design processes for large-scale projects. The Design Manager will be responsible for leading the design team, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design strategies, methodologies, and workflows to guide the design process from concept to completion.
- Establish design objectives, priorities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with project goals.
- Lead and manage the design team, including architects, engineers, drafters, and consultants.
- Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment to enhance creativity and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and presentations to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
- Oversee the development of design concepts, sketches, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct design reviews, critiques, and evaluations to ensure compliance with technical standards, codes, and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in design management roles within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale hospitality projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate design teams.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
