Responsibilities:
- Develop design strategies, methodologies, and workflows to guide the design process from concept to completion.
- Establish design objectives, priorities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with project goals.
- Lead and manage the design team, including architects, engineers, drafters, and consultants.
- Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment to enhance creativity and productivity.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in design management roles within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale hospitality projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate design teams.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.
