Job Purpose
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation tools that support the software development lifecycle. Involving close collaboration with development, QC, and IT operations teams to streamline deployment processes, ensure system reliability, and enhance scalability and performance in cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Accountability Areas
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Containerization & Orchestration:
- Implement and manage containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, ECS).
System Automation:
- Automate system configurations, deployments, and scaling using configuration management tools (Ansible, etc.).
Security & Compliance:
- Maintain and improve system security, compliance, and backup strategies.
Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for performance, scalability, and resilience.
System Performance & Capacity Planning:
- Conduct regular system performance testing, tuning, and capacity planning.
Documentation & Operational Excellence:
- Document processes, procedures, and environments to ensure operational excellence.

- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
