We are seeking a qualified Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutritional care, assess patients’ dietary needs, and develop individualized nutrition plans to support treatment, recovery, and overall health.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ nutritional status and dietary requirements.
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on patients’ medical conditions and health goals.
- Provide dietary counselling and education to patients and their families.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as required.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nutritional assessments.
- Support clinical quality improvement initiatives and follow hospital policies and safety standards.
- Promote healthy eating habits and evidence-based nutritional practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.
- Valid DOH/MOH/DHA license or eligibility letter.
- Relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional assessment, therapeutic diets, and evidence-based nutrition practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
