Responsibilities
Be a proactive point of contact to support all business units to design, manage and maintain on-brand digital and communication assets which will help enhance the quality of internal communications and employee engagement.
Support the internal communications strategy by translating Company’s requirements into engaging content and campaigns that support the objectives of the business and the overall company strategy, building brand reputation internally.
Create campaigns and content (written, static, video, HTML) for a range of internal platforms on the internal communications calendar and strategy to support effective communication of business priorities, foster employee engagement, and enhance connection to company culture and values across all internal platforms
Review, edit and produce company announcements, newsletters and written materials to ensure clear and effective communication aligned with business needs.
Stay current and report on emerging market trends that effect the performance of the brand and company reputation to be able to advice on how to ensure Company is leveraging technology and trends to create the enhanced brand image.
Ensure consistency and compliance with Company’s internal brand guidelines by developing and maintaining design templates, toolkits, and digital assets for use across all business units.
Measure and report the effectiveness of digital internal communication campaigns by tracking engagement, providing insights, and recommending design improvements for better reach and impact.
- Drive continuous improvement by initiating periodic audits of internal communication channels and digital assets, identifying gaps or outdated content, and recommending actionable enhancements to ensure relevance, alignment with business goals, and optimal user experience.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (must have)
Work Experience:
5 years’ experience in a similar role with strong creative, design and execution skills.
Skills:
- A good understanding of visual design principles.
- Proven digital content skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices.
- Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences across different digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.
- Experience of content ideation and management
- Experience of copy writing and editing
- Excellent communication in English (spoken & written)
- Deadline driven with efficient time management capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
