Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional with 3–5 years of proven experience in the coffee and Food & Beverage (F&B) industry who can develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company's coffee products, coffee equipment, and café business.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, in-store campaigns, and brand activation events.
- Build and maintain the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the coffee and F&B sector.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to develop campaigns that increase footfall, customer engagement, and revenue.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, and media partners.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance using analytics and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's business objectives and brand standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven marketing experience in the coffee and Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of coffee shop marketing, customer engagement, retail promotions, and brand development.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, online advertising, and content creation.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and campaign performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is an advantage.
