Management of EA repository
Innovation management including AI / ML direction
Overall enterprise architecture and governance
Architecture strategy and alignment with smart city objectives
Ownership of standards, frameworks and design principles
Coordination across all technical domains
Alignment of architecture with service management frameworks and operational requirements
Technology benchmarking and evaluation
