• You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring our Company Philosophy, “We Care”, to life, ensuring our homeowners, guests and employees receive nothing but the very best experience.
• You will oversee the strategic vision, pre-opening activities and day-to-day operations of an ultra-luxury branded residential development, ensuring an exceptional and seamless living experience that reflects the standards of Dorchester Collection.
• You will build trusted relationships and create meaningful connections with homeowners, understanding their individual preferences and expectations while delivering a highly personalized and anticipatory service culture.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and key stakeholders, effectively balancing the needs of residents, ownership representatives, developers, operators, service providers and internal leadership teams.
• You will provide inspirational leadership, guidance and development to operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• You will proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the business to ensure operational alignment, service consistency and the successful achievement of strategic objectives.
• You will oversee all residential operations including Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Valet and Lifestyle Services, ensuring all service standards are executed flawlessly.
• You will champion homeowner satisfaction and engagement, creating innovative programs, experiences and communication channels that strengthen homeowner relationships and community engagement.
• You will drive financial performance through effective budget management, forecasting, cost control and profit and loss accountability while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
• You will manage third-party suppliers, contractors and service partners, ensuring quality, compliance and value are delivered consistently.

What you'll bring

• You bring a strong professional presence, leadership capability, and a passion for luxury hospitality and residential management.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Director of Residences or equivalent senior leadership role within an ultra-luxury branded residence or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven experience managing relationships with high-profile homeowners and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including developers, ownership representatives, operators, service providers, and corporate leadership teams, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, drive engagement, and foster long-term relationships with discerning homeowners.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, management, and driving operational efficiencies.
• Proven success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• High levels of emotional intelligence, resilience, empathy, and diplomacy, with the ability to successfully navigate complex stakeholder relationships and sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, confidence, and sound judgment.
• Strategic, highly organized, and solutions-oriented, with strong judgment and effective decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
