Role Purpose:
To provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services in support of the department’s operations, ensuring the secure and timely transportation of employees, documents, equipment, and materials as required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Safely operate the company vehicle to transport staff, guests, and materials as required.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Provide timely pick-up and drop-off services for employees and guests, including from airports, hotels, and other locations.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the company vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly and arrange for necessary repairs.
- Plan efficient routes to optimize transportation time and fuel efficiency.
- Assist in the delivery and collection of HR and administrative documents, packages, and materials as directed.
- Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
