Role Purpose
- Define L2 acceptance criteria and readiness gates.
- Oversee installation verification across multiple systems or zones.
- Resolve complex installation and interface issues.
- Approve element-level commissioning strategies and outcomes.
- Review settings, sequences, and protection philosophies.
- Mentor Engineers and Inspectors.
- Lead system functional testing strategy and execution.
- Validate system performance under all defined operating modes.
- Manage technical risk during abnormal and failure testing.
- Lead and control Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Demonstrate redundancy, resilience, and failure-recovery compliance.
- Support final acceptance, operational readiness, and live-load transition.
- Full technical authority for commissioning sign-off within assigned scope.
- Authority to halt commissioning activities due to risk or non-compliance.
- 4-6 years commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities.
