The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and building equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience for guests and colleagues.

As a Technician (Electrical), you will:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, lighting fixtures, power distribution panels, motors, pumps, and associated equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize operational disruption.
- Attend emergency maintenance situations, including power failures, fire alarms, and other urgent engineering-related incidents.
- Maintain accurate shift logs and complete all required maintenance documentation and records.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems when required.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety, Fire & Life Safety, and Engineering operations.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional service and support hotel operations.
- Remain flexible and assist with other engineering duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager or Team Leader.
- Diploma, Trade Certificate, ITI, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within the hospitality, facilities management, or commercial building sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with hotel engineering systems and Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
