What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of electrical and control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control equipment, including power and control circuits, motors, automation systems and related production equipment
- Respond to electrical breakdowns, identify root causes and take actions to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
- Inspect equipment, identify maintenance needs and support overhaul, preventive maintenance and spare-part planning
- Record equipment issues, maintenance activities and work orders accurately in SAP
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, suppliers and OEMs on technical issues, repairs and continuous improvement activities
- Support improvement initiatives using tools such as RCA and contribute to solutions for recurring technical issues
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE, food safety, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Food Defense and company safety standards
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Minimum 2-year Diploma in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical and control maintenance, preferably within the Food/FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical controls, power and control circuits, motors and automation systems, with hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings, P&IDs and relevant technical diagrams, with knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards
- Knowledge of HV/LV systems, food manufacturing and food safety practices; familiarity with SAP, MS Office, RCA, PDCA and 5S
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location
